Typical Fit
This saddle is generally well suited to horses with a standard back profile and standard wither. The adjustable gullet system allows the width to be altered easily, while the wool flocked panels can be fine-tuned by a qualified saddle fitter. Multiple girthing positions help improve stability and achieve a more precise fit.

Manufacturer Warranty (From New)
The Fairfax SIMA Tree, manufactured to BS 7875 standards, carries a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Additionally:
- Materials and workmanship are covered for 12 months from the original purchase date, subject to normal wear and tear.
- Any repairs or alterations must be completed by authorised Fairfax stockists.
- To activate and maintain the manufacturer’s warranty, purchasers should retain their proof of purchase and register their saddle through the Fairfax Saddles website.
Second-Hand Warranty
All pre-owned saddles sold by The Saddle Bank include a 6-month soundness warranty.
This warranty applies to saddles that have been properly cared for and maintained by the purchaser. It does not cover accidental damage, fire, theft, misuse, or any modifications carried out by the owner or a third party. Unauthorised alterations will invalidate the warranty, as responsibility for the saddle’s safety and condition then transfers to the individual making those changes.
With proper care and maintenance, a quality second-hand saddle should provide many years of reliable service.
