All second-hand saddles supplied by Best Saddle Shop include a 6-month soundness warranty. Each saddle is carefully inspected before sale to ensure it is structurally sound and ready for continued use.

The warranty applies only when the saddle has been properly cared for and maintained. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, theft, fire, normal wear and tear, or any alterations carried out after purchase by the owner or a third-party saddle fitter.

Manufacturer Warranty (When New)

Loxley saddles manufactured by Bliss of London are supplied with comprehensive manufacturer coverage when purchased new:

• Up to 10 years warranty on wooden saddle trees
• Up to 5 years warranty on adjustable polymer trees
• 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials

Manufacturer warranties are subject to normal usage and fair wear conditions.
