Manufacturer Warranty (From New)
Devoucoux saddles are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. During this period, Devoucoux may repair, replace, or refund defective products, subject to their warranty terms and inspection procedures.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Negligence or misuse
- Improper storage or maintenance
- Unauthorised repairs or alterations
Second-Hand Warranty
All pre-owned saddles sold by The Saddle Bank include a 6-month soundness warranty for added peace of mind.
This warranty applies to saddles that have been properly maintained and cared for by the purchaser. It excludes accidental damage, fire, theft, misuse, and any modifications carried out by a saddle fitter or owner. Any unauthorised alterations will void the warranty, as responsibility for the saddle’s safety then passes to the individual making those changes.
A quality second-hand saddle that is correctly maintained should provide many years of reliable service.
