Fit Information
This saddle is generally well suited to horses with a standard back profile and standard wither shape. The adjustable gullet system allows easy width changes as your horse develops or changes condition, while the CAIR panel system can be fine-tuned using Easy-Change Risers to help achieve an even more precise fit.

- A 10-year warranty against tree breakage under normal riding conditions.
- A 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
- Warranty coverage begins from the original purchase date and requires proof of purchase.
- Repairs or replacements carried out under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
- Warranty claims must be processed through an authorised Bates Saddles retailer.
Please note that factory seconds, discontinued models, and prototype saddles may be subject to different warranty terms.

Every used saddle purchased from Best Horse Saddle Shop includes a 6-month soundness warranty for added peace of mind.
All saddles are carefully inspected prior to sale and supplied in sound riding condition. The warranty covers structural soundness under normal use and applies only when the saddle has been properly maintained by the purchaser.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or neglect
- Fire or theft
- Unauthorised repairs or alterations
Any modifications carried out by a saddle fitter or owner will void the warranty, as responsibility for the saddle’s safety and condition transfers to the individual performing those changes.
