All second-hand saddles sold by Best Saddle Shop include a 6-month soundness warranty. Every saddle is inspected prior to sale and supplied in sound working condition.

The warranty remains valid provided the saddle has been properly cared for and maintained by the purchaser. Coverage excludes accidental damage, misuse, fire, theft, neglect, and normal wear. Any alterations, repairs, or modifications performed after purchase by the owner or a saddle fitter will void the warranty, as responsibility for the saddle’s safety and integrity then transfers to the individual carrying out those changes.

Original CWD Manufacturer Warranty

When purchased new, CWD saddles are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty period of up to 12 months from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects relating to:

• Materials and workmanship
• Manufacturing quality
• Product specifications and description
• Suitability for intended use under normal riding conditions

Should a manufacturing defect be identified during the warranty period, CWD may choose to repair, replace, or refund the product following inspection.

The manufacturer warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, negligence, improper storage, misuse, unauthorised alterations, or failure to follow recommended care and maintenance guidelines.
