Pre-Owned Saddle Warranty

All second-hand saddles purchased from Best Saddle Shop include a 6-month soundness warranty. Each saddle is thoroughly inspected to ensure it is structurally sound and suitable for continued use.

The warranty applies only to saddles that have been properly maintained by the purchaser. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, fire, theft, normal wear, or modifications carried out after purchase by the owner or a third-party saddle fitter.

Original Manufacturer Warranty

When sold new, Devoucoux saddles are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty period of up to 12 months from the date of delivery. During this period, products are warranted against defects in materials, workmanship, and manufacturing quality under normal use conditions.

The manufacturer warranty excludes damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper storage, negligence, unauthorized repairs or alterations, misuse, and failure to follow recommended care and maintenance procedures.
